Tartaglia is a popular Abyss choice in Genshin Impact. One of the main reasons for his popularity is his ability to drive some massive AoE DMG through his own skills or his teammates.

However, while Rust is a good choice for Tartaglia, it still falls short when compared to other Bows that can give so much more.
