Yun Jin is one of the few Genshin Impact characters that play around the DEF stat. Like many other DEF units, Yun Jin is also blessed with Geo Vision. The Opera Performer is a support unit that can grant a flat DMG bonus to Normal Attack hits. This damage bonus is added before other multipliers like DMG Bonus and Crit DMG, so it can escalate greatly under the right circumstances.
Since there’s no equipment that grants base DEF, it’s no surprise that the buff provided by Yun Jin scales with her max DEF. Unfortunately, there’s no Polearm that has a DEF sub-stat, so Yun Jin best weapon in Genshin Impact has to settle with Energy Recharge equipment.

Favonius Lance is the best Energy Recharge weapon for Yun Jin in Genshin Impact, ranking in the S tier. It demands some Crit Rate to work properly, but it’ll pretty much guarantee the availability of her Elemental Burst.

Those who have a lineup for 5-star weapons can use Engulfing Lightning on Yun Jin. It’s not as useful as Favonius, but a 30% extra Energy Recharge from this Polearm will be decent, ranking this equipment in the S tier.

The Catch is a F2P weapon. Its passive is pretty much useless for Yun Jin, but its sub-stat is still decent, making it an A tier Polearm for Yun Jin.

Prototype Starglitter is also only useful for its Energy Recharge sub-stat, so it places in the A tier in Yun Jin weapon tier list.

Kitain Cross Spear may not have an Energy Recharge sub-stat, but its passive still helps regenerate Yun Jin’s Energy. This Polearm can even be used at level 1 since it won’t affect its passive. All things considered, this equipment ranks in the A tier for Yun Jin.
