When Genshin Impact was first released, one of the most popular DPS was Razor. However, he’s quickly replaced by Eula, who becomes the queen of Physical damage. Eula doesn’t only deal large numbers through her Normal Attacks, but she also effortlessly creates massive Burst damage.

However, she’s one of those characters that really relies on a good weapon. The difference in her performance when she’s using her best-in-slot compared to the F2P option is way too big to ignore. Because of this, Eula can be considered not-F2P-friendly. To understand better, here’s a list of the best Eula weapons in Genshin Impact, ranked along with their tier.

1/11 Song of Broken Pines

Base ATK	741
Sub-Stat	20.7% Physical DMG Bonus
Passive	Increases ATK by 16%, and when Normal or Charged Attacks hit opponents, the character gains a Sigil of Whispers. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you possess four Sigils of Whispers, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the “Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn” effect for 12s. “Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn” increases Normal ATK SPD by 12% and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Whispers for 20s. Of the many effects of the “Millennial Movement”, buffs of the same type will not stack.

Song of Broken Pines is an S tier weapon for Eula in Genshin Impact. Other than its massive base ATK and further ATK boost from its passive, Song of Broken Pines also enhances Normal ATK SPD, which helps Eula stack her Lightfall Sword faster.

2/11 Wolf’s Gravestone

Sub-Stat	49.6% ATK
R5 Passive	Increases ATK by 20%. On hit, attacks against opponents with less than 30% HP increase all party members’ ATK by 40% for 12s. Can only occur once every 30s.

Wolf’s Gravestone ranks in the S- tier for Eula in Genshin Impact. The Claymore comes with an endless boost to ATK, and it also helps the entire team when the conditions are met.

3/11 Redhorn Stonethresher

Sub-Stat	88.2% Crit DMG
Passive	DEF is increased by 28%. Normal and Charged Attack DMG is increased by 40% of DEF.

Surprisingly, this Genshin Impact Itto best weapon is a piece of great equipment for many other Claymore users, including the Spindrift Knight. Redhorn Stonethresher sits in the S- tier for Eula; while it has a low base ATK, it’s still great for its Crit DMG sub-stat. Furthermore, the DEF bonus and damage bonus based on DEF is also decent on Eula since she too has her own DEF buff from Grimheart.

4/11 The Unforged

Base ATK	608
Sub-Stat	49.6% ATK
Passive	Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.

Similar to Wolf’s Gravestone, Eula’s next S- tier weapon, The Unforged is also one that grants many ATK boosts. However, unlike WGS, The Unforged only buffs Eula herself.

5/11 Skyward Pride

Base ATK	674
Sub-Stat	36.8% Energy Recharge
Passive	Increases all DMG by 8%. After using an Elemental Burst, Normal or Charged Attack, on hit, creates a vacuum blade that does 80% of ATK as DMG to opponents along its path. Lasts for 20s or 8 vacuum blades.

Skyward Pride is an A+ weapon for Eula thanks to its Energy Recharge sub-stat. The Vengeance Queen’s Burst deals massive damage, so having ER stat is not at all bad for her.

6/11 Serpent Spine

Sub-Stat	27.6% Crit Rate
Passive	Every 4s a character is on the field, they will deal 6% more DMG and take 3% more DMG. This effect has a maximum of 5 stacks and will not be reset if the character leaves the field, but will be reduced by 1 stack when the character takes DMG.

As one of the best 4-star Claymore in the game, it’s no surprise that Serpent Spine ranks in the A+ tier for Eula in Genshin Impact. In exchange for not taking damage, Eula can get up to 30% more DMG (at R1), on top of the 27.6% Crit Rate.

7/11 Luxurious Sea-Lord

Sub-Stat	55.1% ATK
Passive	Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 24%. When Elemental Burst hits opponents, there is a 100% chance of summoning a huge onrush of tuna that deals 200% ATK as AoE DMG. This effect can occur once every 15s.

Luxurious Sea-Lord is a free weapon from an event, so it’s not viable for newer players. Those who own one, though, should be pleased to know that this Claymore places in the A tier. It enhances ATK, Elemental Burst DMG, and also has minor extra damage when Eula’s Burst hits enemies.

8/11 Akuoumaru

Base ATK	510
Sub-Stat	41.3% ATK
R5 Passive	For every point of the entire party’s combined maximum Energy capacity, the Elemental Burst DMG of the character equipping this weapon is increased by 0.12%. A maximum of 40% increased Elemental Burst DMG can be achieved this way.

Akuoumaru is an A tier weapon, which is quite bad considering this equipment is not easy to get. This Claymore is mostly viable if players are using Eula as a Burst DPS in a team that demands plenty of Energy.

9/11 Blackcliff Slasher

Base ATK	510
Sub-Stat	55.1% Crit DMG
R5 Passive	After defeating an opponent, ATK is increased by 24% for 30s. This effect has a maximum of 3 stacks, and the duration of each stack is independent of the others.

For F2P players that have limited options, then they can use Blackcliff Slasher, which is an A- tier weapon for Eula in Genshin Impact. Since Eula is a main DPS, activating the weapon’s passive won’t be too difficult.

10/11 Prototype Archaic

Base ATK	565
Sub-Stat	27.6% ATK
R5 Passive	On hit, Normal or Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to deal an additional 480% ATK DMG to opponents within a small AoE. Can only occur once every 15s.

The next F2P weapon for Eula in Genshin Impact would be the B tier Prototype Archaic. This Claymore is far cheaper to get than Blackcliff Slasher, as it only requires in-game items instead of Starglitter.

11/11 Snow-Tombed Starsilver

Base ATK	565
Sub-Stat	34.5% Physical DMG Bonus
R5 Passive	Hitting an opponent with Normal and Charged Attacks has a 100% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them, dealing AoE DMG equal to 140% of ATK. Opponents affected by Cryo are instead dealt DMG equal to 360% of ATK. Can only occur once every 10s.

Another forgeable weapon for Eula would be the Snow-Tombed Starsilver. Unfortunately, although it enhances Physical DMG and has a passive that’s perfect for Cryo units, this Claymore only ranks in the B- tier for Eula.
