Eula has one of the best sets of Constellations in Genshin Impact, where even her worst is still decent. When it comes to the worth of her Cons, Eula’s best Constellation lies in her C2 and C6, while C1 and C3 are both decent. Eula C4 is pretty good too, but it’s quite situational, so it’s on a different tier from C1 and C3. Finally, Eula C5 is her worst Constellation as three-level on Elemental Skill is not really necessary.
To better understand why each of Genshin Impact Eula Constellations is ranked that way, players can read the brief overview in this article.
Eula C1 – Tidal Illusion
Constellation Effect | Every time Icetide Vortex’s Grimheart stacks are consumed, Eula’s Physical DMG is increased by 30% for 6s.Each stack consumed will increase the duration of this effect by 6s up to a maximum of 18s. |
Priority | High |
Category | New Effect |
Eula C1 grants a 30% Physical DMG Bonus effortlessly, which is a great amount considering an artifact 2-set would only grant 25% while a Physical Goblet grants 46.6%. To better appreciate this effect, players can compare it to Keqing’s C6, which gives a max of 24% Electro DMG with harder requirements.
Eula C2 – Lady of Seafoam
Constellation Effect | Decreases the CD of Icetide Vortex’s Holding Mode, rendering it identical to Tapping CD. |
Priority | Must Have |
Category | Playstyle Improvement |
Eula’s Tap and Hold Skill has different uses and different cooldowns. Tapping will grant Eula a Grimheart stack while holding will consume the stack and instead lower the enemy’s Physical and Cryo RES. Before Eula C2, tap and hold had a 4s and 10s cooldown, respectively; after gaining this Constellation, both versions will have a mere 4s CD.
Eula C3 – Lawrence Pedigree
Constellation Effect | Increases the Level of Glacial Illumination by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
High | |
Category | Burst Level |
Eula C3 increases three levels on her Elemental Burst, which is crucial as it’s one of the largest sources of Eula DPS.
Eula C4 – The Obstinacy of One’s Inferiors
Constellation Effect | Lightfall Swords deal 25% increased DMG against opponents with less than 50% HP. |
Priority | Medium |
Category | Damage Boost |
25% extra Burst DMG from Eula C4 is actually good, but considering it’s hard to get and most of the time players will kill the enemies before the Burst even explodes, Eula C4 falls short compared to her other Genshin Impact Constellations.
Eula C5 – Chivalric Quality
Constellation Effect | Increases the Level of Icetide Vortex by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
Priority | Low |
Category | Skill Level |
Eula C5 is rather negligible as her Skill doesn’t deal significant damage, to begin with. Additionally, getting past Skill lv10 won’t increase Eula’s RES reduction, as it’s maxed at a 25% reduction on lv10.
Eula C6 – Noble Obligation
Constellation Effect | Lightfall Swords created by Glacial Illumination start with 5 stacks of energy. Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts have a 50% chance to grant the Lightfall Sword an additional stack of energy. |
Priority | Must Have |
Category | Damage Boost |
Eula C6 greatly increases her Burst DMG as it significantly boosts Eula’s Lightfall Swords stacking.
