Frankly, Rosaria is quite underrated in Genshin Impact, considering all she can offer. Rosaria excels in both support and damage, where as a support, she can bestow up to 15% Crit Rate, reduce the enemy’s Physical RES, perform as a battery, and provide constant Cryo application. As a sub-DPS, Rosaria deals decent damage on both her Skill and Burst, her Burst has no ICD for Melt, and she performs excellently in a Freeze comp.

However, the various things Rosaria can do obviously comes with one price: players must adjust Rosaria build in Genshin Impact depending on what they want her to do.

Rosaria Build – Best Weapon

Rosaria is a decent DPS in Genshin Impact, especially because of the lack of ICD on her Elemental Burst. Rosaria can take on multiple roles because of the type of her DMG and the utility she offers. So, to make sure Rosaria can inflict the most possible DMG, finding weapons that match her role is a must.

  1. Staff of Homa: Staff of Homa is a top-tier choice for Rosaria in Genshin Impact. Players can count on the massive Crit DMG Sub-stat and the extra ATK% granted from the Polearm’s passive to deliver some of the best Rosaria’s DMG.
  2. Staff of the Scarlet Sands: A great weapon for Rosaria Melt build in Genshin Impact. In addition to its Crit Rate Sub-stat, Staff of the Scarlet Sands grants Rosaria an additional ATK based on her Elemental Mastery, which should be Rosaria’s main focus in Melt builds.
  3. Primordial Jade Winged-Spear: As an off-field Sub-DPS, Rosaria can’t fully activate Primordial Jade’s passive, yet the Crit Rate and the buff she gets from its passive is enough to put Primordial Jade Winged-Spear among the best Polearms for Rosaria in Genshin Impact.
  4. Calamity Queller: On contrary to Primordial Jade, Rosaria can fully activate Calamity Queller’s passive and gain a massive ATK% buff while she’s off-field.
  5. Vortex Vanquisher: It’s a good choice for Rosaria when she’s operating with a Physical DPS build. It’s still a better pick than most Polearms for Rosaria’s other roles, but only if the previous choices weren’t available.
  6. Wavebreaker’s Fin: Wavebreaker is a great weapon to maximize Rosaria’s Burst DMG in Genshin Impact. Players can count on the Polearm for either Melt or Freeze Rosaria builds.
  7. Dragon’s Bane: Since the Polearm heavily buff Rosaria’s Elemental Mastery with a passive that grants an additional DMG against Pyro-affected enemies, Dragon’s Bane is a perfect 4-star pick for Rosaria Melt builds in Genshin Impact.
  8. Missive Windspear: Same with Dragon’s Bane, Missive Windspear buffs Rosaria’s DMG and EM. However, the Polearm focuses less on Elemental Mastery, which will improve its performance in Rosaria Freeze builds.
  9. Deathmatch: A standard Crit Rate weapon that can help players build Rosaria better.
  10. Blackcliff Pole: Just like Deathmatch, but with Crit DMG. Although Blackcliff Pole is a F2P option while Deathmatch is definitely not.
  11. The Catch: Energy Recharge weapons are not the best weapons for Rosaria since she’s a great Cryo battery and can get her Burst back with ease.
  12. Skyward Spine: Skyward can help Rosaria gain her Burst faster and cast it more frequently, but it’s not that big of an issue for Rosaria in the first place.
  13. Engulfing Lightning: Rosaria doesn’t really need the Energy Recharge. Also, the lack of Crit value is a problem for Rosaria’s DMG.

Rosaria Build – Best Artifact

Rosaria builds are heavily influenced by her role in the party. To build Rosaria, players must find the artifacts that can support her roles.

  1. 4-Blizzard Strayer: Rosaria’s AoE is great on her Elemental Burst, so using her Cryo in Freeze teams is viable. Blizzard affects her ability to share Crit Rate with her party, yet it gives a good chance for players to stack as much Crit DMG as possible to take Rosaria’s DMG to the next level.
  2. 4-Noblesse Oblige: Rosaria can be a decent support that shares up to 15% Crit Rate with her party, battery Cryo units, and activate the Cryo Resonance that grants her team an additional 15% Crit Rate. Having an extra 20% ATK to her team is just another benefit of running Rosaria as a support in Genshin Impact.
  3. 4-Gilded Dreams: Gilded Dreams is a good artifact set to amplify DPS units’ Elemental Reactions. The ability to grant Rosaria more ATK and EM while off-field is a great chance to maximize Rosaria’s Melt DMG.
  4. 4-Emblem of Severed Fate: Whether it’s Freeze or Melt teams, Emblem of Severed Fate is a standard choice to moderately buff Rosaria’s Burst DMG in any role.

Rosaria Talent Priority In Genshin Impact

Rosaria talent priority in Genshin Impact is Elemental Burst > Elemental Skill. Normal Attack can be ignored as she performs best as a sub-DPS.

Rosaria Talent Level Recommendation

  • Normal Attack: 1
  • Elemental Skill: 8 to 10
  • Elemental Burst: 10
