As for the best artifact sets, here’s what players can consider when building Lisa:

4-Thundering Fury: As a DPS, Lisa mostly depends on her Elemental Skill to deal DMG, so buffing her Electro DMG and granting her an ability to reduce the CD of her Skill is the best thing to do to increase her viability as a a DPS.
4-Gilded Dreams: Electro reactions heavily depend on Elemental Mastery to increase their effectiveness. Now that both the Aggravate reaction and the Gilded Dreams set exist, Electro units can enjoy playing with Aggravate alongside other reactions like Hyperbloom and Electro-charged.
4-Thundersoother: Since enemies affected by most Electro reactions can still have some Electro aura within them, Thundersoother is a good option for a DPS Lisa build. The set’s passive will increase Lisa’s DMG on enemies affected by Electro, which is doable, especially by adding another Electro unit to the team.
4-Emblem of Severed Fate: If Lisa is operating as a Sub-DPS by doing DMG off-field via her Elemental Burst, Emblem of Severed Fate is a perfect choice. It will increase Lisa’s DMG as long as she’s stacking Energy Recharge stats, which is essential to frequently unleash her Burst.
