Yaoyao has been long teased ever since she appears with Qiqi in an official art. However, players only get to play her over two years later in version 3.4. Yaoyao becomes the first Dendro character that hails outside Sumeru, but certainly won't be the last. In battle, Yaoyao is a healer and Dendro enabler. Unlike Klee's bakudan that's solely destructive, Yaoyao utilizes her Yuegui to deal DMG and heal at the same time.

Yaoyao has a small DMG, so it’s best to use her strictly as a healer. However, it’s worth noting that she can deal decent DMG in a Bloom team with Nilou.
