Xinyan is loved for her personality, but not so much for her gameplay. She's currently doing really bad among the meta, and there's no sign that she'll be viable any time soon. Xinyan has several issues like terrible split scaling, unclear role, mediocre offense and defense, and even confusing Element. Typically, a Physical unit would either be Electro or Cryo, so Xinyan's Pyro really doesn't help her in this aspect.
