The only thing worth noting from Raiden Shogun is her Resolve Stack. This Stack increases the DMG of her Burst, which means casting her ultimate at 0 Stack will significantly reduce her DMG. Picking up Elemental Orbs or Particles will grant two Resolve Stack, while using Elemental Burst of other characters gives 0.2 Stack for every point of Energy required. So, if players use Ningguang’s ultimate (40 Energy), Raiden will gain 8 Stacks. Meanwhile, Yae Miko’s 90 Energy Burst can grant 18 Stacks.
